POLIMI GSoM and UniCredit: Skills for Transition

Launch your career with Skills for Transition! Join the presentation event dedicated to the Master’s and the Bootcamp

UniCredit, supported by POLIMI Graduate School of Management, is strengthening its commitment to promoting a deeper understanding of environmental challenges by offering young talents the opportunity to specialize in the Green Transition through two training paths fully funded by UniCredit. The programmes are designed to provide advanced skills in the field of Green Transition, sustainable finance, and Net Zero strategies, contributing to the development of the professional profiles required by the job market of the future. 

Selected students will be able to choose between two paths: a 12month Master’s programme and a 4month Bootcamp, both delivered entirely online and starting in September 2026. The programmes are open to participants from twelve European countries: Italy, Germany, Austria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia and Hungary. 

To discover all programme details, we invite you to join the online presentation event, during which our Dean and Scientific Director Federico Frattini, together with Prof. Fumagalli, Associate Professor at Politecnico di Milano, will present the structure and content of both paths. A short segment dedicated to the application process and selection timeline will follow.
