Who We Are

We feel that any business leader, and any business on the planet, through innovation, creativity and purpose, can play a key role in shaping our future.

Based in Milan, Italy’s main business centre, POLIMI GSoM was created over 40 years ago as MIP Politecnico di Milano Graduate School of Business and it is a not-for-profit Consortia Limited Company, part of the Politecnico di Milano ecosystem and the Politecnico School of Management.

Our New Brand

Our new name, POLIMI Graduate School of Management, is born from a tradition of academic excellence, melded with a reflection not only of where we are based but also very much how we are part of the city of Milan and how the city is part of us

Over the years, MIP has become synonymous with the highest quality technical and analytical management training that is internationally recognised.
Now we are evolving, and so are our identity and name, opening a new chapter. Our new name, POLIMI Graduate School of Management, reflects not only the specialised school we are but also our position within the Politecnico di Milano ecosystem.

Our Purpose

We are committed to inspiring and partnering with innovators to shape a better future for all.

Our purpose is our guiding light – our north star. We don’t just put strategy and ambition on paper – we live and breathe it. This means the entirety of us needs to reflect who and what we are. Which is why we’ve opened a new chapter in our journey.

Milan & Campus

We’re rooted in Milan and our campuses include several locations in the city and we actively engage with the city itself as part of the experience.

The Bovisa Campus is located in the academic centre of excellence that forms part of the Politecnico di Milano, while our new Navigli Campus is in Milan’s thriving south-central neighbourhood, at the heart of Milan’s creative and cultural centre.
We also have several valuable partnerships across Italy and internationally that add to our student experiences and exchange options.

SUSTAINABILITY

At POLIMI GSoM we take sustainability seriously and continue to work towards a better, more conscious, more equitable and more inclusive future. In 2020 we were the first European Business School to become a B Corp certified business.

Our Community

With over 20,000 alumni and 3,000 students every year we are a community made up of diverse people and partners.

We see the power of relationships as a constant source of enrichment, innovation and inspiration, at a personal and professional level. At POLIMI GSoM we believe in creating strong networks and actively work and partner with national and international companies and institutions as well as other European business schools.
