MBA Club: The Real Estate Dilemma = Investments + Social Impact + Leisure. How the game that shapes the cities is played	In a time of great technological and social transformations, where the demographic issue of low birth rates and the constant aging of society largely determines the present and future of countries like Italy, we will address the question of the livability of our cities, in response to such demographic factors, from various perspectives. We will start from the perspective of financial actors, then move on to the world of real estate and services for the over 65s. Business & DIgital Transformation Club - Leading tomorrow: Transformational Leadership Across Industries	The event marks the culmination of a study conducted by the Business & Digital Transformation Club on transformative leadership: our ecosystem is transitioning from a VUCA (volatile, uncertain, complex, ambiguous) context to a BANI (brittle = fragile, anxious, nonlinear, and incomprehensible) context. The goal is to discuss which leadership style is most effective in creating value in a world where, among other changes, the personal dimension is deeply influenced by the nonlinear and incomprehensible events surrounding us.
