Leader & leadership for the 21st century

The landscape of leadership is constantly evolving, and on Tuesday, 24 June at 18:00, at the Navigli Campus (Ripa di Porta Ticinese 77, Milan), we will have the opportunity to explore this topic in depth during the round table discussion titled Leaders and Leadership for the 21st Century.

This opportunity will allow us to examine the challenges and perspectives of contemporary leadership, thanks to the participation of experts and professionals who will share their experiences and visions.

Furthermore, the event will provide the opportunity to present the new book Una certa idea di Leadership by Enrico Sassoon and Valerio De Molli, a work that explores management strategies based on trust, strategic delegation, and innovation, offering an overview of the most effective practices for tackling the challenges of change.
