Financial Times: POLIMI Graduate School of Management is the second-best Business School in Europe among those belonging to a technical university

Thanks to the constantly improving results of its MBA and Master in Management, the Politecnico Business School has confirmed its position at the top of education in Europe, according to the FT European Business School Rankings 2024
Milan, 2 December 2024 - POLIMI Graduate School of Management - the business school that is part of the Politecnico di Milano School of Management - has confirmed its position among the 100 best business schools in Europe again this year. According to the Financial Times European Business Schools Rankings 2024, the Politecnico Business School has consolidated its second place at a continental level among schools belonging to a technical university. In the overall rankings, POLIMI GSoM ranks 37th out of 100 schools evaluated, once again this year confirming its presence among the top 40 since it entered the rankings for the first time (2010).

The good placements in the key indicators taken into account in the rankings demonstrate that our strategy is proving effective in preparing leaders capable of addressing global challenges and building a better future. The FT European Business School Rankings 2024 recognised the excellence of POLIMI GSoM’s training courses, which have thus contributed to consolidating its top ranking. The Master in Business Administration (MBA) has advanced, rising to 34th place in the rankings and thus gaining a position compared to 2023, as has the School of Management’s Master of Science in Management Engineering (Master In Management), which has gained 4 positions compared to the previous year, rising from 58th to 54th place.
With regard to the other individual criteria that affect the overall rankings, the salary today rating (three-year salary level from graduation) has improved. Other growing indicators for the Business School are gender balance within the Faculty, with female teachers approaching half (44% versus 41% in 2023) of the total, and International Faculty standing at 11%.
Today, the employment rate of a Full-Time MBA student from POLIMI Graduate School of Management three months after graduation is 90%. Over 80% of those who attended an Executive MBA had a career upgrade within two years of completing the Master, while 20% embarked on a career abroad and 6% founded a start-up.
POLIMI Graduate School of Management’s educational portfolio includes approximately 40 Masters degrees, including 7 MBAs and Executive MBAs, over 300 executive open programmes and numerous tailor-made training courses for companies. Each year, it collaborates with more than 150 companies, creating over 250 customised training programmes, and involving over 20,000 employees.
