Overview

The Master in African Innovation Leadership (AIL) is a high-level training initiative aimed at strengthening local innovation ecosystems and entrepreneurship in sub-Saharan Africa (Cote D'Ivoire, Ethiopia, Ghana, Kenya, Senegal, Tanzania). 

AIL is a transformative journey tailored for aspiring young African leaders eager to drive change and foster development across the continent.

AIL program offers a unique opportunity to delve into the world of innovation, equipping participants with the skills, knowledge, and networks needed to harness entrepreneurial potential and create impactful solutions to today's challenges. AIL program focuses on three main objectives: promoting entrepreneurship among young generations, enhancing the innovation management capabilities of academic institutions, and developing multisectoral partnerships for innovation.

Designed to cultivate visionary leaders, AIL combines cutting-edge academic instruction with real-world applications. Participants will engage with distinguished faculty members, field experts, and successful entrepreneurs. AIL curriculum is crafted to address the dynamic, fast-paced nature of innovation, covering essential topics such as strategic business development, technology management, social entrepreneurship, and sustainable practices.

AIL Master offers advanced training in innovation management and entrepreneurship, with a focus on key African sectors such as agribusiness, energy, sustainability, circular economy, manufacturing and digitalization.

Participants will have the opportunity to acquire both practical and theoretical skills, contributing to sustainable development and economic growth in their home countries.
