How did you benefit from a specialising master after the completion of your university studies?
After studying Mathematics, I felt the need to give my skills a more practical direction. The Master in Financial Risk Management helped me connect theory with real-world applications, especially in the insurance sector. It deepened my understanding of risk modelling and regulation, and confirmed that what I really want is to build models that help companies manage risk in a smart and solid way.
How did the master help you acquire tools that enabled you to apply the concepts of innovation, sustainability and entrepreneurship in your daily work challenges?
The master gave me a concrete way to link innovation and sustainability with risk management. I learned how models aren’t just technical tools, but can support long-term stability and responsible decision-making. It also encouraged an entrepreneurial mindset: thinking critically, adapting fast, and looking at problems from different angles, which is something I try to bring into every challenge I face.
