Corporate Education Community

A community to identify the most innovative trends and the future outlook in corporate education.

In 2021, we launched our Corporate Education Community, actively involving exciting companies that are bringing innovation to in-company education and training.

The Community under the patronage of ASFOR (Italian Association for Management Training), directly involving the entities active in the field of corporate training, with the aim of:

  • creating a network of innovative companies in the field of corporate education
  • identifying trends and the future prospects for corporate education
POLIMI Graduate School of Management becomes the place where partners in a selected network representing the world of corporate education come together to discuss and explore their role, always keeping a close eye on the future.

The Lines of Research 2026

Three main lines of research are driving the Community:

The Twin Transition represents multiple interconnected and mutually reinforcing dimensions of change—digital, green, social, and economic—which, acting in synergy, generate sustainable and inclusive competitiveness for businesses.

Originally established as a European priority (Green Deal, Digital Decade 2030), the Twin Transition takes concrete form at the organizational level, where technology becomes an enabler not only of environmental sustainability, but also of new social and economic models oriented toward equity, well-being, and positive impact across value chains.

Objective: to combine competitiveness, sustainability, and inclusion by promoting a balance between technological innovation, environmental responsibility, social cohesion, and shared economic prosperity
