Welcome to the HR Club!

The aim of the Club is to address "traditional" HR topics with a perspective focused on innovation and the discovery of new trends. The role of HR has evolved in tandem with society, business, and the economic system: the challenge for those in this role is to grasp inputs from outside the company and evaluate whether and how to include them. Our target audience is those interested in HR topics, both professionals in the field and those who show curiosity about this area.
