Business schools are uniquely positioned to shape the leaders, research, and communities of tomorrow.

This three-day Social Impact Workshop, hosted by and in collaboration with POLIMI Graduate School of Management, empowers professionals to turn social value creation into a guiding force within their institution’s ethos.

Through facilitator guidance, cases from practice, collaborative peer exchange, and the use of a purpose-built Social Impact Canvas, participants will leave with a clear, practical plan to advance impact within their own schools.

Over the course of the programme, participants will explore how to:

• Define and align purpose with institutional strategy
• Build meaningful partnerships with business and community stakeholders
• Strengthen student access, inclusion, and success
• Embed impact into research and innovation
• Communicate impact in compelling, authentic ways that resonate with stakeholders

Each module combines structured input with opportunities for reflection, practical exercises and peer learning, ensuring participants leave inspired, confident and ready to lead positive change.
