Purpose Day 2024 – Igniting Real Impact

Welcome to Purpose Day 2024, the only event in Italy entirely dedicated to the role of purpose, the strategic lever that drives corporate performance and  transformation, generating a lasting impact on society and around the world. The Teatro Manzoni in Milan will be the ideal setting for a meeting between professionals, managers and entrepreneurs determined to shape a sustainable future through the power of purpose. 

Scheduled for Friday 18 October 2024, the event will offer an unparalleled platform for exploring the topic ofIgniting Real Impact. Whether you are an experienced executive or a professional taking your first steps in the world of work, this day promises to enrich you with new perspectives and strategies to tackle the challenges of the contemporary world.

In the last edition, we had the privilege of welcoming guests such as Indra Nooyi, former CEO of Pepsi Global, Emeritus Professor Colin Mayerof Oxford University, Professor Ranjay Gulati of Harvard Business School, Darren Rudkin, founder of Mind@Work, and Professor Alex Edmans of London Business School.

This year also sees the participation of world-renowned leaders such as Ginni Rometty, CEO of IBM Global up until 2020 and named by Fortune as “the most powerful woman in the world” for three consecutive years, Maurizio Zollo of Imperial College,Mary Johnstone Louis of Oxford University and Sarah Kaplan of theUniversity of Toronto.
