Meet the Expert

Meet the Expert is a workshop designed to immerse participants in the real dynamics of product growth, through direct interaction with professionals who manage scaling processes in complex organizations on a daily basis.

The session is intended for managers, entrepreneurs, and professionals working in growth and product roles, and provides a hands-on environment to analyze decisions, trade-offs, and organizational implications related to product scaling.

Starting from a real case study, participants will engage in a structured discussion focused on the key challenges of scaling.

The guest of this edition is Nils Stoltz, Head of Product, Experimentation & AI at Zalando, who will share his experience in managing product growth, offering practical insights into processes, decision-making, and operating models.

The workshop is designed as an interactive peer-to-peer exchange, with a strongly practical and application-oriented approach.
