Programme structure

The International Full-Time MBA is a 12-month programme offered by POLIMI Graduate School of Management.

Designed around participants’ aspirations and professional goals, the programme prepares you to take on leadership roles across industries, developing a mindset grounded in purpose and responsibility. The learning journey is structured to help you connect personal perspective with organisational contexts, translating purpose into concrete leadership practice.

Career

The Full-Time MBA begins with a dedicated week focused entirely on self-reflection and orientation. During the Know Yourself Week, you will explore your strengths, motivations and aspirations, while connecting with mentors and peers who will accompany you throughout the programme.

This experience is designed to help you pause, reframe your goals and lay the foundations for both your personal and professional journey, preparing you to make the most of the opportunities that follow.

Admissions

Applications are processed on a rolling basis. As places are limited, we strongly recommend applying as early as possible, as applications may close before the published deadlines once the class reaches capacity.

For non-EU candidates, we recommend applying at least three months before the programme start date, to allow sufficient time for degree comparability procedures and student visa application.

Step 1 – Activate your application and submit your documents

Complete the online application at apply.gsom.polimi.it and upload the required documents, including:

CV in English
University transcripts or mark sheets
Bachelor’s or master’s degree certificate (if already available)
At least three years of professional experience in any industry or role
Copy of passport or ID
Digital photo
Motivation letter
Letter of reference
English proficiency certificate (IELTS, TOEFL, TOEIC or equivalent, if already available)

You will also be asked to pay the application fee (€150).

Step 2 – Screening

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to a motivational interview, held either online or on campus, and to complete the online POLIMI Graduate School of Management Test.

Fees and Benefits

The cost of the International FT MBA is €54,000 for individuals.

The fee covers the entire duration of the program and does not include travel or accommodation expenses.
Through our Financial Aid Programme, you can gain easier access to the International FT MBA by submitting your application during the selection process.

By applying before the application round deadlines, you will be able to benefit from various forms of financial support, including the Early Bird. Contributions are awarded on a rolling basis and according to the first-come, first-served principle.

For this reason, we recommend submitting your application early.
