This can only come through knowledge and innovative ideas. That’s why we’ve created this Master in Supply Chain Management – to give you all the necessary skills  for a successful international career in supply chain and procurement management.

You are an ideal candidate if you hold a 3-year bachelor’s degree in management, business, engineering or scientific studies (minimum 180 ECTS).

Our International Master in Supply Chain and Procurement Management programme is a 12-month Master offered by us at POLIMI GSoM.

Our goal is to teach you about managerial topics relevant to Supply Chain and Procurement Management, and we pay special attention to up-to-date areas such as Supply Chain, Big Data and Analytics, Technology, Innovation and Sustainability.

We also include plenty of practical activities in this programme. You can take part in lessons, seminars with international lecturers, workshops on soft skills, company presentations, personal project work in collaboration with companies, company visits, and an international study tour in Rotterdam.

We teach this Master entirely in English.

Please note that we process applications on a rolling basis, which means that they may close even before the deadlines. Our limited number of seats available in the class means the sooner you apply, the better.

If you are a non-EU candidate, we recommend that you apply at least 3 months before the programme starts, to leave enough time for a Statement of Comparability of your degree and to apply for your student visa.

  • university transcripts/mark sheets
  • bachelor’s/master’s degree (if already available at the time of the application)
  • copy of your passport or ID
  • digital picture
  • letter of reference 
  • motivation letter
  • Financial Aid Essay (if you’re applying for one of our tuition fee reductions)
  • English proficiency certificate: IELTS, TOEFL, TOEIC or equivalent (if already available at the time of the application)
  • Pay the Application Fee (EUR €100)


We will let you know if you have been selected for a Motivational Interview in English, which we will do online.


We will send you an e-mail with our final decision on your application, and if the result is positive, you will also receive scholarship information (if you applied for one).


After you receive our email and the admission contract, we kindly ask you to confirm your participation in the programme by paying the first instalment.


The programme costs €18,500. These costs cover the entire length of our programme, but they do not include living and travel expenses. If you’ve done a Master of Science programme at Politecnico di Milano in or after 2020, your tuition fee is €9,500.

We at POLIMI GSoM have partnered with Flywire to accept payments from international students worldwide. 

Applicants of the International Junior Specialising Masters can apply for fee reductions. These are given out on a first-come, first-served basis, so it’s a good idea to apply early. If you’d like financial aid, you need to request it when you submit your application form – please note that late requests for financial aid won’t be considered.

Please note that we don’t offer full scholarships, and that the DSU and other scholarships offered by Politecnico di Milano and the Italian Government cannot be used for POLIMI GSoM’s programmes.

Every year GS1 looks for talented iMSCPM candidates and sponsors their Master with partial contributions. If you are awarded this scholarship, you’ll have the chance to meet the companies in the GS1 network and might even have the possibility to do an internship at one of them.

You need to have been selected for the International Master in Digital Supply Chain Management — Operations, Procurement and Logistics programme.

You need a good knowledge of the Italian language.
