Master in Food and Beverage Value Chain Management

Overview

From seed to table: designing and managing the future of food value chains. Our International Master in Food & Beverage Value Chain Management is designed for graduates who want to manage the food and beverage industry as a single, connected value chain - from agritech and food science to manufacturing, hospitality, retail, innovation and investment.

The precision agriculture and agri-analytics market is projected to reach €2.27 billion by 2027, foodservice grew by +4.2% between 2023 and 2024, and demand for healthy, natural, plant-based and sustainable products keeps accelerating. Companies are searching for food scientists, regulatory experts, supply chain and logistics specialists, data-driven agrifood roles, brand and export managers, and F&B customer experience professionals.

Developed with top industry practitioners, the programme combines agritech, supply chain, operations, F&B manufacturing, hospitality, marketing and finance in a single, structured journey.
