A community to identify the most innovative trends and the future outlook in corporate education.
In 2021, we launched our Corporate Education Community, actively involving exciting companies that are bringing innovation to in-company education and training.
The Community under the patronage of ASFOR (Italian Association for Management Training), directly involving the entities active in the field of corporate training, with the aim of:
- creating a network of innovative companies in the field of corporate education
- identifying trends and the future prospects for corporate education
The Lines of Research 2025
Three main lines of research are driving the Community:
The role of corporate training in support of business strategy and transformation and the trends underway, also in comparison with the Community’s results from the 2021, 2022 and 2023 editions

RESEARCH REPORT
Community members are called upon to play an active role in research, which includes brainstorming, interviews, focus groups and networking. The community’s studies produce an annual Research Report, the results of which are pr esented at a dedicated open conference.
