Career Professionals Development Institute 2025: POLIMI Graduate School of Management hosts EFMD's prestigious annual event

We are proud to announce that our Business School has been chosen to host  EFMD's Career Professionals Development Institute (CPDI), an important event for all international professionals involved in Talent & Careers Management.

From 2 to 4 April 2025, our Navigli Campus will welcome industry experts from prestigious business schools from all over the world for an intensive training and networking programme. The initiative is designed to provide advanced tools and updates on the latest careers services trends, helping participants guide students and alumni through their careers and strengthen relationships with companies.

Among the top speakers at the event will be:

• Josip Kotlar, Scientific Director of the Purpose in Action Observatory at Politecnico di Milano, who, together with Maura Gallotti, Purposeful Leadership Trainer at Politecnico di Milano, will hold a session on "Strategic Leadership in Careers";
• Laura Puglisi, Head of Strategic Partnership & Community Development at POLIMI Graduate School of Management, with a speech on the theme “Recruiter Relations”, to which Stefano Novaresi, CEO of KNAPP Italia, will contribute with his reflections;
• Amber Wigmore Alvarez, JobTeaser Programme Director and Chief University Partnerships Officer, who will hold a session focused on “The Tech behind Talent Analytics”;
• Patti Brown, Interim Associate Dean for MBA and Executive Degree Programs at Oxford Saïd Business School, who will lead a workshop on the theme of “Careers Education”;
• Patrick Philips, Career Development & Alumni Officer at Trinity Business School, who will hold an interactive workshop on “Careers Advising”;
