POLIMI Graduate School of Management moves up 21 places and enters Tier III, securing 8th place globally for overall student satisfaction
A major achievement for POLIMI Graduate School of Management – part of the School of Management of Politecnico di Milano – which has reached a historic milestone in the Financial Times Executive MBA Ranking 2025.
The School’s Executive MBA has made a leap of 21 places in the global ranking, moving from 98th to 77th worldwide, and reaching 40th in Europe, up from 50th last year.
This progress is not just numerical: with this result, POLIMI Graduate School of Management officially enters Tier III, consolidating its position among the world’s top 100 business schools thanks to its Executive MBA.
“This result reflects our School’s ongoing commitment to building high-value educational pathways capable of generating tangible impact for individuals and organisations,” commented Vittorio Chiesa and Federico Frattini, respectively President and Dean of POLIMI Graduate School of Management. “Entering the global Top 10 for student satisfaction is a recognition of the quality of our Faculty, the richness of the classroom experience, and the strength of our community. It is also an incentive to continue innovating, with the aim of shaping conscious leaders ready to drive change.
With a score of 9.60 out of 10 in the Overall Satisfaction indicator (up from 8.70 in 2024), POLIMI GSoM's Executive MBA ranks among the world's top 10 programmes in terms of overall student satisfaction, placing 8th globally.
This recognition reflects the quality of the learning experience, the strength of the Faculty, and the programme’s ability to generate real value for participants.
The Business School's rise is also supported by significant progress in strategic indicators. The Alumni Network rose from 61st to 27th place worldwide, confirming the strength of the GSoM community as a lever for professional development, mentoring and collaboration between generations of managers.
On the environmental front, the School has made an even more significant leap: from 14th to 3rd place worldwide in the Carbon Footprint Rank, demonstrating a concrete commitment to sustainability and social responsibility.
Other notable results from the Financial Times ranking include:
- Average salary three years after graduation: $192,911 (+12.7% compared to 2024)
- Salary Increase: steady at +59%, among the best globally
- Work Experience: 73rd place (85th in 2024)
- International Course Experience: 65th place (81st in 2024)
- CSR & ESG Topics: 48th place (60th in 2024)
