New Gen MBA Career Fair 2025: from this year, the event goes the extra mile - with four times the benefits

On January 23 and 24, POLIMI Graduate School of Management’s Navigli Campus became the beating heart of innovation and professional opportunities with the New Gen MBA Career Fair 2025: two intense days designed to connect Full-Time MBA talents with the most important Italian and international companies.

This year, however, was not just a Career Day, but an event divided by sector into four half-day segments, with dedicated interviews in the morning and afternoon. In short, a real springboard for our students, who had the opportunity to interact directly with high-level recruiters and expand their professional network in multiple spheres.

The value of an international network

Internationalisation was one of the main protagonists of the two days, with the presence of multinational companies and world-famous brands giving participants a global perspective on possible careers. There was no shortage of leading names from the Manufacturing & Industrial, Healthcare, Technology & Innovation, Consumer Goods, Luxury, Finance and Consulting sectors, demonstrating how vast and varied POLIMI Graduate School of Management’s network is.

The real surprise of the New Gen MBA Career Fair 2025 was the strong presence of start-ups, two of which were directly supported by PoliHuB, the Innovation Park & Startup Accelerator at Politecnico di Milano: we are talking about genuinely innovative realities, which gave a touch of freshness and dynamism to the event, offering participants a unique opportunity to connect with visionary entrepreneurs and discover new professional paths.
