A new perspective on inclusion: our commitment to “Include to Grow”

In an ever-changing world of work, we believe that people are the engine of change and that an inclusive workplace is the key to innovating and generating value for the entire community. For this reason, we have decided to join "Include to Grow", a project promoted by the Consortium of ELIS companies, which has allowed us to put these values into practice by offering new career opportunities to those who, despite having skills and talent, are currently on the margins of the labour market.
An innovative approach to inclusion
With "Include to Grow" we want to make a real commitment to integrating into our teams people who, due to family needs, prejudices or personal difficulties, are unemployed, underemployed or forced to accept a stopgap job. During the first year, the project will focus on providing support to mothers, and then progressively involve other groups of beneficiaries, such as immigrants or refugees, over 55s, people with disabilities or those who have spent a period of their life in prison.
The project’s activities
This initiative implements actions aimed at bringing people, companies, and impact businesses together, creating concrete opportunities for inclusion and collaboration.
By participating in the project, companies can:
- Identify professional profiles that best fit their business needs;
- Meet and evaluate candidates who, through a career coaching programme, have honed their skills and are ready for the world of work;
- Explore new methods of social procurement, working with impact companies to enrich the supplier network with companies with strong social value.
A shared commitment
The initiative is developed through dialogue with institutions and the involvement of large companies, SMEs and start-ups, creating a virtuous ecosystem.

2025 Edition: a new beginning for mothers
This year, the project is dedicated to mothers who have interrupted their careers or had to take jobs far from their professional aspirations in order to meet family needs.
To support their return to work, the free “Include to Grow” course offers:
- a free online career coaching programme: 40 hours in 2 weeks to enhance the skills acquired also outside the office;
- sessions dedicated to digital skills;
- meetings with companies, to get to know each other.
