Forté Fellowship scholarships up to €20,000 for deserving women

POLIMI Graduate School of Management is proud to announce a new partnership with Forté Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to advancing women's careers. This collaboration aims to offer Forté Fellowship scholarships to deserving women who wish to pursue our Full-Time MBA program.

The Forté Fellowship scholarships, ranging from €10,000 to €20,000, are awarded to candidates who demonstrate leadership, commitment to gender equity, and a purpose-driven professional journey.  

This initiative aligns perfectly with POLIMI GSoM's strategy to promote diversity and inclusion, supporting women in achieving leadership positions and contributing to a more equitable and inclusive work environment. The partnership with Forté Foundation strengthens our commitment to providing professional development opportunities and supporting women in their growth journey.

Forté Foundation is renowned for its dedication to advancing women's careers through various initiatives, including fellowships, networking opportunities, and professional development programs. Currently, only 10% of Fortune 500 CEOs are women, while 42% of MBA graduates are women. Forté Foundation works to overcome barriers that women face in business, such as the lack of female role models, low employer encouragement, and concerns about work-life balance.
