In addition, for specific target groups (such as faculty members and PhD candidates), we design experiences that allow for both in‑depth exploration of specific topics through sessions with our faculty and a dedicated component focused on the development of research themes—not only in management, but across the entire POLIMI ecosystem. In these cases, the duration ranges from 3 to 6 months of stay.
