Privacy Information under EU Regulation 2016/679

Pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), we wish to inform you that the personal data provided by the form shall be processed by MIP Politecnico di Milano Graduate School of Business ScpA, Data Controller, for the sole purpose of be in compliance with requests for civic access pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 33/2013, and shall be retained exclusively for the time necessary to give you an accurate and comprehensive response. The legal basis for the processing consists of compliance with the legal obligation to which the data controller is subject. In case personal data are provided, they shall be processed by staff who are authorised by the Data. Under no circumstance shall such data be disseminated; however, they may be disclosed to third parties who carry out, on behalf of the Data Controller, specific services aimed at ensuring the proper pursuit of the aforementioned purposes. 

Pursuant to Articles from 15 to 22 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, data subjects have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him or her are being processed; to obtain information concerning the source of such data and the purposes and methods of processing; to have the data concerning him or her updated, rectified, or supplemented, and that such data are erased when they are processed in violation of the law or where one of the grounds established under Article 17 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 applies. Additionally, the data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority where they believe to have been denied the aforementioned rights.
