During the selected study tour (the “Study Tour”), the Data Controller performs a photo shoot, video recordings and use image to promote institutional activities.

In accordance with the Italian Copyright Law (Law No. 633/1941), subsequent amendments and related rights, POLIMI GSoM reserves the right to use, re-editing and republish the material, in whole or in part, at its discretion. This right is granted free of charge and irrevocably.

Images and videos may be disseminated through various media channels, including but not limited to:

• the institutional website https://www.gsom.polimi.it/en/,
• social media platforms (Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Twitter),
• other social media, sector press, etc.

The material will also be stored in the POLIMI GSoM’s digital archives.

With the consent, I declare that I have nothing to claim or demand—now or in the future—regarding the subject of this authorization.

It is expressly agreed that:

a) this authorization is granted for the use of my personal data and image as described in this consent form;
b) the use of my data and image (including photos, videos, and recordings) must not, in any way, damage my personal dignity and is strictly limited to the purposes stated above;
c) this authorization is granted worldwide and without time limitations.

The consent to photography, video recording, and use of my image is given in a free and informed manner, based on a clear explanation of the purposes involved.

I acknowledge that once the material is made public, it can be acquired and republished by third parties, even without the consent of POLIMI GSoM. Therefore, I release the institution from any liability and prejudicial effect for unauthorized or improper use of such material by third parties.

This authorization constitutes valid consent under Article 6 of the GDPR for the processing of personal data collected during the Study Tour, having read and understood this privacy notice.

Pursuant to Article 13 of the GDPR, we inform you that your personal data, provided by filling this consent form and collected during the Study Tour, will be processed both electronically and on paper, using appropriate security measures to ensure confidentiality and integrity.The processing of your data will be carried out using appropriate tools and procedures designed to ensure its security and confidentiality, in full compliance with applicable regulations. This process includes the dissemination of your image and/or video through media channels and publications that the Data Controller may choose to use from time to time to promote its institutional initiatives.

Your authorization is granted in accordance with the Copyright Law, subsequent amendments, and other rights connected to copyright. The legal basis for this data processing is your freely given consent, which may be withdrawn at any time.

Unless you withdraw your consent, your personal data, images, and videos will be retained until the purposes for which they were collected are achieved. POLIMI GSoM may retained some data indefinitely to assert or defend its rights in any location, particularly in legal proceedings.

You may exercise your rights under Article 15 and subsequent of the GDPR (including erasure, restriction, updating, rectification, integration of data or opposition to processing) by contacting the Data Controller at the following address privacy@gsom.polimi.it. The Data Controller has appointed a Data Protection Officer, who can be reached at the following email address: dpo@gsom.polimi.it.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority if you believe your rights have not been recognized.
