Pursuant to art. 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679, we inform you that the personal data you provided by filling this consent form and collected during the event “Study Tour - IAE-AIX MARSEILLE The Italian Way to Purposeful Management", in March 2025, will be processed both electronically and on paper by MIP Politecnico di Milano Graduate School of Business S.C.p.A., Via Lambruschini 4C – Building 26/A, 20156 Milano, as Data Controller for document the deny of consent to use of your image. The data processing will take place with the aid of tools and procedures suitable to guarantee its security and confidentiality in accordance with the Regulation. The data processing involves the diffusion of your image through the media publications that, from time to time, the Data Controller will deem to use for the initiatives promoted. It is understood that your authorization is made pursuant to Law of 22nd April 1941 (Italian "Copyright law"), subsequent amendments and other rights connected to copyright.

 The legal basis for the data processing is the consent of the data subject, free and revocable at any time. Unless you withdraw your consent, your personal data will be kept until the pursued purposes are achieved. The Data Controller provides for the further retention of part of the personal data indefinitely to assert or defend its rights in any location and in particular in judicial proceedings. Pursuant to Article 15 and subsequent of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, we remind you that for more information or specific requests (erasure, restriction, updating, rectification, integration of data or opposition to processing) you can contact the Data Controller, by writing to the address indicated above or by sending an e-mail message to the address privacy@gsom.polimi.it.
