Privacy Policy Brochure

Pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), we inform you that your personal data, including, by way of example and not limitation, your name, e-mail address and phone number, city and/or country of origin and/or residence, years of working experience and/or academic background shall be collected and processed.

You provide the above data freely, and shall be processed by MIP Politecnico di Milano Graduate School of Business ScpA, as Data Controller, for the exclusive purpose of providing you with more detailed information on the course that interests you, and contacting you at the phone number and/or e-mail address you indicated, after you download our course presentation brochure.

Please note that some of your personal data, including the length of your professional experience, may be used for the purpose of assessing whether you meet the requirements to enrol in the course that interests you.

The legal basis for the above processing is the implementation of pre-contractual measures taken at the data subject’s request.

The provision of your personal data is optional; however, should you choose not to provide such data, we will be unable to comply with your requests. With your prior consent, your personal data shall also be processed for the purpose of following up with your request to register with our automated newsletter containing information about our products, our latest news, events, and other advertising and/or promotional material. Lastly, exclusively with your express prior consent, your personal data may be processed by the Data Controller with the assistance of electronic and computer tools, including CRM, which may define your professional profile, carry out statistical analyses and opinion surveys, analyse your habits and preferences, for the purpose of making decisions based on the automated processing of personal data, in order to send you promotional information that is relevant to your professional profile.

The legal basis for this processing is the consent of the data subject (which is optional and may be revoked at any moment). Should you decide to provide your data to us, we inform you that these data shall be processed by staff who are authorised by the Data Controller, and shall be retained exclusively for the time necessary to carry out the stated purposes (unless the law requires otherwise).

As to processing for marketing purposes, your personal data shall be retained until you revoke your consent. As to processing for profiling marketing purposes, your personal data shall be retained until you revoke your consent and in any case for no longer than 5 years of the data in which consent was received. 

Under no circumstance shall your data be disseminated; however, we inform you that they may be disclosed to third parties who carry out, on behalf of the Data Controller, specific services aimed at ensuring the proper pursuit of the aforementioned purposes. Lastly, we wish to remind you that pursuant to Articles from 15 to 22 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, you have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning you are being processed; to obtain information concerning the source of such data and the purposes and methods of processing; to have the data concerning you updated, rectified, or supplemented, and to have such data erased when they are processed in violation of the law or where one of the grounds established under Article 17 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 applies.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority where you believe to have been denied the aforementioned rights.
