How did the master help you acquire tools that enabled you to face the everyday challenges in your organisation/industry?
I've attended the master primarly because I wanted to fullfil a personal ambition of gaining an education in sport management. Even though I'm not working in this field yet , studying and attending the Politecnico gave me a new, more direct and very pragmatic approach in my career. This is helping me a lot in managing and solving problems in everyday office life. Plus, I've better understood which position in the sport industry fits me best and which does not.
How has the specialising master helped you cultivate your capital of human connections with professionals and companies?
A lot, I built many strong relationships with colleagues and other professionals. I'm still in touch with many colleagues and I've had the opportunity to interact regularly with some of the professionals that I met during the Master. In particular, I had the chance to talk with many of them in occasion of a difficult career decision. I've also had the chance to meet other colleagues from the following academic years with whom I had a very stimulating and interesting exchange of ideas.
