How was your MBA shaped by the human connections you created during your learning journey?
Such human connections were essential and deeply inspiring. Meeting valuable professionals from diverse backgrounds allowed me to broaden my horizons and learn to interpret the world through different lenses (‘the map is not the territory’). The team spirit and collaboration that developed with my peers helped me face and overcome even the most intense moments that inevitably arise during a two-year journey of this kind.
How did your MBA journey help you master skills while balancing your studies with your career?
What struck me from the very beginning of this journey was that every lesson always maintained a good balance between theory, practice, and lived experience. This allowed me to fully grasp the concepts, apply them in a 'safe' environment, and be inspired by the stories shared by professors and professionals to implement them effectively in my own work.
