How did you benefit from a specialising master after the completion of your university studies?
After completing the IMiE program, I decided to pursue an international double-degree experience, further broadening my academic and professional perspective. I am particularly grateful to POLIMI GSoM for providing opportunities that significantly contributed to my growth and enabled me to continue my educational journey in an international environment.
One of the most valuable experiences during my time at POLIMI GSoM was presenting our Incubation Project to a panel of investors. Receiving direct feedback from industry professionals challenged me to refine my ideas, strengthen my approach, and develop a deeper understanding of entrepreneurship and investment dynamics. The constructive criticism and hands-on learning opportunities I encountered throughout the program have had a lasting impact on my personal and professional development.
How did the master help you acquire tools that enabled you to apply the concepts of innovation, sustainability and entrepreneurship in your daily work challenges?
Innovation plays an important role in my current position, particularly in shaping communication strategies and increasing the visibility of a department with relatively low internal awareness. This challenge has encouraged me to think creatively, adapt quickly, and develop effective ways of engaging different stakeholders.
The skills and mindset I developed during my time at POLIMI GSoM have been instrumental in this journey. In particular, the Negotiation course provided practical tools that have proven valuable not only in my day-to-day professional interactions but also throughout recruitment processes and career opportunities. More broadly, the program helped me strengthen my communication, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities, equipping me to approach complex challenges with greater confidence and effectiveness.
