How was your MBA shaped by the human connections you created during your learning journey?

My MBA was shaped as much by the people I met as by the academic experience itself. Being surrounded by classmates from different countries, cultures and professional backgrounds constantly challenged me to see things from new perspectives.

Some of the most valuable learning happened outside the classroom, through conversations, teamwork and shared challenges. These connections helped me grow both personally and professionally, making me more open-minded and confident in working with diverse teams.

The relationships I built are one of the most lasting outcomes of my MBA, and this is also why I would be proud to become an Ambassador: to share not only the academic value of the programme, but also the unique sense of community that makes the experience truly transformative.

How did your MBA journey help you master skills while balancing your studies with your career?

My MBA journey taught me how to balance ambition, discipline and adaptability. Managing my studies alongside my career required strong time-management and prioritisation skills, but it also helped me become more resilient and focused.

What I learned in the classroom could often be applied directly to my professional experience, creating a continuous exchange between theory and practice. This balance challenged me to step outside my comfort zone, manage competing priorities and develop a more strategic approach to both my work and personal growth.
