How did you benefit from a specialising master after the completion of your university studies?
The Specialising Master fundamentally shifted how I view business strategy and transformed my profile from a standard project manager into a strategic leader capable of translating complex corporate sustainability targets into actionable business programs. I gained hands-on experience thanks to active industry practitioners, giving me insight into current market challenges, making me look at sustainability as a key driver of value creation, risk management, and innovation
How did the master help you acquire tools that enabled you to apply the concepts of innovation, sustainability and entrepreneurship in your daily work challenges?
I already had a degree in entrepreneurship, but the many real case studies with companies, events with companies, gave me a hands-on knowledge with real life examples. Some lessons were also very practical like the Design Course, with actual tools to be used; also the challenge at the end of the year and the thesis we wrote working on a company case.
