How did the master help you acquire tools that enabled you to face the everyday challenges in your organisation/industry?

The master was not only a way to acquire new skills in the project management field, but also a challenge that helped me to be more resilient in everyday issues.

How has the specialising master helped you cultivate your capital of human connections with professionals and companies?

Once the master ended, it was easy for me to enter the alumni community of POLIMI GSoM and taking part to its events, organized every month with a continuous learning approach. I was also able to find a new job using the reputation of the executive master in project management (the person who hired me was an Alumnus too!)
