How did you benefit from a specialising master after the completion of your university studies?
After working for a few years, I pursued the specialised master to better structure and make sense of my hands-on experience, which I had developed without a clear methodology. Coming from a Political Science background, it also allowed me to build skills in tech, management, and business—areas I hadn’t been exposed to before—while giving me frameworks to think more strategically and approach problems in a more structured way.
How did the master help you acquire tools that enabled you to apply the concepts of innovation, sustainability and entrepreneurship in your daily work challenges?
The master was very hands-on, which made it easier to apply concepts like innovation, sustainability, and entrepreneurship in real work situations. We didn’t just learn theory—we actively practiced it. For example, we worked on a design thinking project responding to a real brief, developed a product in product and service design, and built a startup using lean startup principles. This approach allowed me to learn by doing, with guidance, and directly translate those tools into my daily work challenges.
