How did you benefit from a specialising master after the completion of your university studies? 

I benefited from a specialising master because, having gained practical skills, such as different project management methodologies (for example Agile and Design Thinking) and tools (for example Figma), I had gained a competitive edge. The extracurricular activities as well, such as the Shaping Purposeful Futures event, also made my profile more interesting to recruiters as it proved that I was actually ready to tackle real-life business challenges and was not only a scholar but also a potential employee.

How did the master help you acquire tools that enabled you to apply the concepts of innovation, sustainability and entrepreneurship in your daily work challenges?

 The master has helped me acquire tools with its practical and hands on classes and approach. Having entire courses focused on the use of tools such as Figma or interactive classes where we had to deliver mock ups or MVPs has taught me to experiment as much as possible and explore innovative approaches when following the well walked path is not efficient. For example, working in the digital team for a pharmaceutical corporation, my role consists also in exploring new channels or ways of working to produce and deliver scientific content.
