How did you benefit from a specialising master after the completion of your university studies?
A Specialising Master allowed me to bridge the gap between academic knowledge and real-world application. After completing my university studies, I was looking for a more practical and innovation-driven learning experience, and this programme provided exactly that.
Through hands-on projects and teamwork, I developed a more entrepreneurial mindset and learned how to translate ideas into viable solutions. It also taught me to approach each challenge with a design thinking mindset.
How did the master help you acquire tools that enabled you to apply the concepts of innovation, sustainability and entrepreneurship in your daily work challenges?
The Master provided me with practical tools that I now naturally apply when facing daily challenges. What made the difference for me was not only learning methodologies like design thinking or lean startup, but actually using them to tackle real problems.
I learned to approach challenges with a more open and curious mindset, focusing on understanding needs before jumping to solutions. This helped me bring innovation into my work in a more concrete way, rather than just as a concept.
Sustainability also became a more integrated part of how I think, pushing me to consider the broader impact of decisions and not only short-term results. Overall, the experience helped me become more confident in navigating uncertainty and more proactive in turning ideas into action.
