How did you benefit from a specialising master after the completion of your university studies?
The internationality of both POLIMI GSoM and Strathclyde University opens up a wide range of opportunities for students, from networking with peers and professionals from diverse backgrounds to accessing global career prospects. A specialized master's after university studies enhances expertise in a specific field, provides practical insights through international exposure, and strengthens career opportunities by connecting students with global companies, industries, and alumni networks.
How did the master help you acquire tools that enabled you to apply the concepts of innovation, sustainability and entrepreneurship in your daily work challenges?
In the International Master in Project Management, students have the opportunity to work with all the essential software and tools required in the industry today, ensuring they are well-equipped for real-world challenges. Additionally, I had the chance to follow specialized classes in Innovation Management, Leadership for Change and Innovation, which allowed me to deepen my understanding and develop new skills. These courses provided me with practical insights and methodologies that I now apply in my daily work, enabling me to drive innovation, integrate sustainability principles, and approach challenges with an entrepreneurial mindset.
