At the conclusion of your MBA journey, how do you want to have a positive impact on the organisation you work for?
I want to be the bridge between technical and business teams, turning data platforms into decisions people actually trust.
Coming from EPM implementations, the MBA taught me to frame technology around strategy, so I can lead cross-functional projects that create measurable value, not just working systems.
What are the main tools you have acquired during the MBA that have helped you become a purposeful leader?
Financial and strategic frameworks gave me the language of the boardroom. But the real tool was working in a multicultural team: learning to listen before deciding, to align people around a shared purpose, and to recognise that leadership is earned through clarity and accountability, not authority.
