How has the Executive MBA helped you cultivate your capital of human connections with professionals around the world thanks to the distance learning experience?
Distance learning made international connections part of my everyday life. Working together, exchanging perspectives and challenging each other’s ideas helped us build real relationships across countries and backgrounds. I’ve never liked the word “networking”: for me, it’s about meaningful connections and making the effort to keep them alive. Those relationships continue to shape my choices today.
How did you include the concepts of Purpose and innovation in your professional and personal path?
Exploring the concept of purpose made me realise that building my own company and making a positive impact was a non-negotiable step for me. Hebe Craft helps artisans reach new clients by digitalising the processes around their craft, so they can focus on what they do best. We also encourage people to repair and restore the items they love, supporting more sustainable and conscious consumption.
