How did you benefit from a specialising master after the completion of your university studies?

If I look back at my journey, this master’s program didn’t just support my transition into the professional world, it truly changed me.

Before joining IM4, I had limited exposure to the Italian market and wasn’t confident in positioning myself internationally. Through career fairs, guest lectures, and real projects, I gained a clearer understanding of Italy’s business landscape.

A highlight was participating in the L’Oréal Brandstorm, where my team ranked Top 2 in Italy. This experience pushed me to think strategically, collaborate effectively, and communicate with confidence.

Now I'm fully integrated into an international environment. Leveraging my Chinese and English skills alongside my Italian academic background, I joined a Chinese company in Italy and apply my knowledge directly in real projects.

Overall, the program made me more confident, proactive, and ready to navigate both the Italian and international job market.

How did the master help you acquire tools that enabled you to apply the concepts of innovation, sustainability and entrepreneurship in your daily work challenges?

The master’s program gave me practical tools to apply innovation, sustainability, and entrepreneurship in real work situations.

Guest lectures and workshops, including LinkedIn and CV training, helped me understand what Italian companies value and how to present myself effectively. Certification courses also strengthened my skills and profile.

Participating in the L’Oréal Brandstorm allowed me to put innovation and entrepreneurial thinking into practice, identifying opportunities, developing solutions, and collaborating under pressure.

Thanks to these experiences, these concepts are no longer abstract; they shape how I approach challenges, communicate ideas, and contribute in my daily work.
