The Master of Science in Management Engineering from the School of Management of Politecnico di Milano has reached a historic milestone in the new edition of the Financial Times Masters in Management 2025 Ranking, gaining 13 positions compared to 2024 and reaching 51st place globally (42nd in Europe). This is the most significant advance the program has ever recorded in this prestigious international ranking.

The Financial Times ranking rates the world's top Masters in Management on a variety of criteria, including career progression, employability, remuneration, sustainability, diversity, internationality, and strength of the alumni network.

Strengths in 2025

  • Employment: 96% of graduates employed within three months (up from 92% in 2024)
  • Sustainability: 4th place in the world in the Carbon footprint ranking (up from 43rd place last year)
  • Career Services: up from 59th to 34th, confirming the growing recognition of the support offered to students
  • Alumni Network: From 82nd to 54th place, a sign of the strength of our community in creating professional and entrepreneurial opportunities
  • Salary: average salary growth three years after graduation (USD 72,682, +8% compared to the previous year)
  • Diversity and ESG: a positive trend in most indicators, with progress also on the integration into courses of ethics, responsibility and sustainability issues
