The 2025 Impact Report outlines how POLIMI Graduate School of Management continues to generate social, environmental, and economic value through education, innovation, and engagement with its Community.

Guided by its Purpose, "We nurture innovators to shape a better future for all,” the School continues to implement its Positive Impact through Education Plan (PIE PLAN), the strategic framework that integrates sustainability and positive impact into its educational activities, governance, and organisational culture.

The results achieved confirm the strength of this journey. During the 2024–2025 period, the School exceeded the targets set out in the PIE PLAN by educating more than 11,300 individuals on Purpose-related topics and innovation for sustainability, reaching over 1.3 million people through awareness-raising and outreach initiatives, and mobilising more than €6.1 million to generate positive impact through education.

In 2025 alone, POLIMI Graduate School of Management educated 7,846 people on sustainability and impact-related topics, inspired more than 788,000 individuals through events, content, and outreach initiatives, and mobilised over €3.4 million for impact-driven activities and projects.

The Report also highlights the strengthening of activities aimed at monitoring the United Nations 2030 Agenda Sustainable Development Goals within educational programmes, the consolidation of initiatives dedicated to the Community, projects focused on people’s wellbeing and inclusion, collaborations with the non-profit sector, and the commitment of the Impact Committee, the multi-stakeholder advisory body that supports the School in developing its sustainability and impact strategies.

2025 and the first months of 2026 also brought significant external recognition that validates the School’s progress: B Corp recertification with a B Impact Score of 123.3, Level 5 recognition among the Pioneering Schools in the Positive Impact Rating 2026, the 2025 Sustainability Reporting Award, and the EcoVadis Silver Medal.

More than a reporting exercise, the Impact Report serves as a tool for transparency and dialogue with all stakeholders, demonstrating the School’s commitment to educating leaders and innovators capable of generating a positive impact on society.
