Riccardo Mangiaracina
Riccardo Mangiaracina is Associate Professor of Logistics and Production Systems at Politecnico di Milano and, since 2016, the Director of the International-Flex Executive MBA at POLIMI GSoM. Riccardo is the scientific Director of two Observatories - “Electronic invoicing and B2b eCommerce” and “B2c eCommerce” - and the Director of the “Digital Export” Observatory. He is a member of the Italian Association of Professors of Industrial Plants Design & Management (AIDI) and author of more than 30 papers published on international journals and conference proceedings, mainly about Logistics, Supply Chain Management, B2c and B2b eCommerce.
Federico Frattini
Federico Frattini is Dean of POLIMI Graduate School of Management. In 2008 he obtained his PhD in Management Engineering with honors at Politecnico di Milano where he has been Full Professor of Strategic Management and Innovation since 2017. Since 2014 he has been Honorary Researcher at Lancaster University Management School in the UK. His intense research covers the topics of technology management and innovation. In particular, he contributes with original studies to the international debate on the topic of open or collaborative innovation (open innovation). In 2013 he was named among the top 50 researchers in the world in the field of Technology and Innovation Management by the International Association of Management of Technology (IAMOT).
