Overview

Digital Transformation is no longer just a technological upgrade—it represents a fundamental redefinition of strategy, structure, and leadership. As industries converge and data becomes a key resource, organizations must learn to design strategies that integrate digital technologies, harness platforms and ecosystems, and foster innovation across boundaries.

Digital Transformation for Strategic Renewal is designed to support executives, entrepreneurs and senior professionals in refraiming their strategic foundations to thrive in an increasingly digital economy. Professionals will gain the skills to design Data-driven Business Models, orchestrate Digital Ecosystems, and align transformation initiatives with long-term strategic goals. By the end of the programme, they will be able to assess their organisations digital maturity, identify new sources of value, and shape effective transformation pathways.

Combining conceptual frameworks with practical learning, the course features real-world classes from leading companies such as Siemens Healthineers, John Deere, Ping An, and Amazon. Delivered in an On-Campus format in Milan, it offers a unique opportunity to experience Italian culture first-hand.

Participants traveling from abroad to attend the three in‑person sessions are invited to contact academypm@gsom.polimi.it before booking flights or accommodation. This will ensure alignment on the official confirmation of the program’s start date, as its activation is subject to reaching the minimum required number of participants.
