The programme lasts for 20 months and lessons are held on one weekend each month, with the following schedule:

Friday: Lessons are held with us at POLIMI GSoM from 10:00 am to 8:30 pm. Lessons held with companies run from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm.
Saturday: Lessons are held at POLIMI GSoM from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm.
These face-to-face lessons are combined with multimedia content delivered on our digital learning platform (D-HUB).

We record all of our lessons at POLIMI GSoM, and give you access to everything through D-HUB, giving you extreme flexibility and the chance to catch up or go deeper into the material at any time during your Master.

You will also have the chance to network with companies through classes that we hold on their premises, as well as through our lectures given by Executive Managers from international companies.

This programme issues a “1st level Master” degree from Politecnico di Milano for those who already meet the university requirements.

TWO INTERNATIONAL WEEKS

During the programme, you will fly to two European destinations where you will attend international lectures, company visits, and social events. The first International Week takes place in autumn of the first year. During this week, you will have the chance to break the ice and build team spirit with your fellow students at EADA in Barcelona, a top-ranking business school situated in one of the most dynamic and beautiful cities in Spain.

The second International week will take place in autumn of the second year, and you will have the opportunity to attend classes at another European Business School.

PROJECT WORK

You will wrap up the programme by putting theory into action through a consultancy project in the area that you are interested in. You can implement this project in your own company or in one of your classmates’ companies. You could even develop a new business idea with the support of us at POLIMI GSoM, benefiting from access to PoliHub – the Politecnico di Milano’s in-house start-up incubator. That way, you can develop your idea using a tool that is ranked second in Europe.

DOING BUSINESS IN

At POLIMI GSoM there are no limits. That’s why we offer the exciting opportunity to study abroad at one of our partner international business schools.
For one week you will study the specific social and economic aspects of your chosen country. You will divide your time between classroom lessons, held by professors from our partner universities, and company visits to local and multinational businesses. You will get to study success stories and understand the challenges involved in multicultural management.

DUAL DEGREE – MIT

Ramp up your skillset with our dual degree option! This dual programme makes it possible for you to study in two schools in two different countries and enjoy everything that both cultures have to offer. Add to that the fact that you also gain exposure to two ways of doing business and two different networks of professionals. If you are an International MBA candidate, you can choose to do a Dual Degree programme option with MIT Center of Transportation & Logistics, Boston, USA. After you have finished the MBA with us at POLIMI GSoM, you can also attend an extra year in the USA to gain even more experience. We recommend this if you have a strong interest in supply chain and logistics. At the end of this Dual Programme, you will get a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from us at POLIMI GSoM as well as a Master in Supply Chain Management and Logistics from the MIT Center for Transportation and Logistics. NETWORKING WITH COMPANIES

You’ll get the chance to have close contact with the business world, as the Career Development Centre has a longstanding, mutually rewarding relationship with many industry leaders of today’s global marketplace. Working closely with national and international employers, we organise year-round activities to bring you the latest recruiting insights and market trends.

As an International Part-Time MBA student you will be attending networking events with employers. These include round tables, careers talks, etc, and can also be attended via streaming or recordings if those options are available.

CAREERS WORKSHOPS

The current job market is ever-changing, complex and highly competitive, so we’ve designed some careers workshops to support you in developing the skills you’ll need to succeed. Increase your self-awareness and brand from a personal and professional standpoint and learn to pursue your managerial career at both a national and international level.

STATUS: APPLICATIONS FOR THE 2023 INTAKE ARE NOW OPEN

Please note that we process applications on a rolling basis. Since there are a limited number of seats in each class, you should apply as early as possible. If the course reaches its enrolment limits before the deadline dates, applications will close earlier.

We have a careful selection process when choosing participants for the MBA, and we limit it to a fixed number of students. This makes sure we can give you the best environment for personal development as well as for group learning.

We thoroughly study everything you include in the online application, so remember to fill it out carefully and give us any extra material you think might help your candidature.

STEP 1: ACTIVATE YOUR APPLICATION

• Upload your CV
• Pay the €150 Application Fee (you can pay this online using the online application form, Flywire* or by bank transfer).
  *You can easily pay your tuition and fees online via Flywire, our preferred payment partner. Flywire is a secure international payment service that simplifies payments from your home country or other countries around the world. Payment options include bank transfers, credit cards, e-wallets and more, typically in the local currency.

STEP 2: POLIMI GSOM TEST
We will let you know if you have been selected for a Motivational Interview and the POLIMI GSoM Test session.

STEP 3: SUBMISSION OF OTHER DOCUMENTS

You need to upload these documents on our platform to complete your application:

• University Degree or equivalent from an accredited institution
• Your Official Transcripts
• GMAT/GRE score* (if you have it)
• Certificate of English Proficiency* (this isn’t necessary for admission purposes, but you will need it to access our exchange programmes)
• Motivational statement**
• Copy of your Passport or ID
• 2 passport-sized photographs
• 1 or 2 letters of reference (these are optional)

* You can also send your scores directly to us at POLIMI GSoM – our school code is 7455

** You can choose the format that works for you. With this statement you have the chance to explain why you want to do an MBA, showing the Admissions Committee that you are the right fit for POLIMI GSoM. Feel free to send in a traditional essay or even a slide presentation (there is no minimum or maximum length for either of these). Please make sure you convert it into a PDF file when you upload it on the application platform.

STEP 4: YOUR FINAL RESULTS

We will send you an email with our final decision, which depends on the scores given for each of the different parts of your application.

The tuition fee is €37,000 for individuals and €40,000 if you are sponsored by a company. These costs cover the entire length of our programme, but they don’t include living and travel expenses. Accommodation and travel costs for the International Weeks are not included.

FINANCIAL AID

You might find our International Part-Time MBA more accessible with help from our Financial Aid Programme.

These contributions are mostly based on merit and academic excellence, as well as personal and professional achievement. We are especially interested if you have strong leadership potential and superior interpersonal skills. These contributions are only for self-funded candidates and we apply them directly to your tuition fee.

If you’d like financial aid, you need to request it when you submit your application form – please note that late requests for financial aid won’t be considered.

HOW DOES THE FINANCIAL AID PROGRAMME WORK?

Submit your application online and tick the box showing that you are interested in POLIMI GSoM financial aid. Fill out the Financial Aid Request Form – we will send this to you in an email; just complete it and upload it on the online platform.
