POLIMI Graduate School of Management has been recognised as a Great Place to Work®. The recognition, now an international standard that takes a snapshot of a working reality, testifies to the quality of our working environment. 

Receiving this recognition has even more value because it is a certification called Employer of Choice, where evaluations come from the workers themselves. In fact, through an extensive questionnaire, employee trust and HR policies are measured.

Great Place to Work® takes into consideration elements that have always been important to POLIMI GSoM, such as innovation, integration, and human relations, recognised as determining values for a better workplace.

The feedback obtained during the evaluation process showed how strongly rooted a sense of teamwork is within the community that represents our School. People perceive the working environment as friendly and hospitable, while management is recognised for its role in promoting the inclusive behaviour that is now ingrained within our organisation.
