Leave your Mark: The second edition has come to an end
Between June and December 2022, the second edition of the "Leave Your Mark" initiative took place, promoted by the Gianluca Spina Association and designed to allow managers, professionals and young talents who have studied at POLIMI Graduate School of Management to make their skills available – pro bono – to non-profit institutions that play a key role in building a more inclusive society and a better future for all.
This is a great opportunity for human and professional growth, but also to give back to the community partof what participants received during their course.
The purpose of the initiative was to invite alumni/ae to commit their resources and energy to building a better and more inclusive society by participating in a volunteer programme in support of non-profit organisations.
By putting time, experience, creativity and expertise at the service of Leave Your Mark, the alumni/ae had the opportunity to make their own contribution to building a better future and to help the selected organisations in a practical way. In addition, this experience allowed participants to expand their knowledge, broaden their network, and take a different perspective from that of a traditional work environment.
The 9 organisations involved were proposed by POLIMI Graduate School of Management’s staff, faculty and alumni and are supported by 28 alumni/ae, along with 9 academic tutors (School faculty members) in a six-month journey.
