How did the master help you acquire tools that enabled you to face the everyday challenges in your organisation/industry? 

I was able to do an internship in Gucci as a Project Manager learning a lot from such a global company and how they manage their e-commerce and omnichannel experience. Then, upon my return to Costa Rica, improving my previous level I obtained a position as a Project Manager Sr. Analyst at Accenture on a Marketing account.

How has the specialising master helped you cultivate your capital of human connections with professionals and companies?

I was able to tackle my day-to-day life with a different perspective, focusing on people instead of solely the technology, being able to create solutions that improve the performance of employees from a holistic point of view.
