Overview

By now it’s clear that modern business is ever-changing and increasingly complex. That’s why a well-trained Project Manager is in high demand in any industry. We at POLIMI GSoM, together with Strathclyde, have decided to respond to this by creating a postgraduate-level professional training course that gives you the Project Management skills you need for success. We bring together modern Project Management approaches with a cross-sectorial and intercultural perspective that focuses on managerial, behavioural and technical skills.

If you decide to do this International Master in Project Management, you’ll get a chance to boost your understanding and drive your projects in the best possible way. We’ll help you explore the individual, team and company strategies needed to manage everything from little tasks to mega-projects.

Our programme gives you a highly specialised qualification in two countries, and at the end you’ll get a Master Degree from Politecnico di Milano and a Master of Science in Project Management from Strathclyde Business School.

A well-managed project is a thing of beauty. With this programme, we give you insight into the strategic and holistic demands of modern projects and a systematic understanding of a field that is becoming essential for modern-day organisations. We combine:

Project management as a way to deliver complex change.

Strategic management to formulate and implement organisational strategies.

We also work on the development of your transferable skills, especially teamwork, leadership, communication, negotiation, conflict resolution and presentation, which will be invaluable for any and all jobs you might have in the future.

Since 2021, POLIMI GSoM has also been a PMI Authorised Training Provider. This means that our International Master in Project Management students all have the chance to get trained up for the PMP® certification exam.
